Complaints
Complaints receiving, evidence and processing is provided by the Department of inspection and complaints (phone: +421 (2) 59 320 226) in acoordance with the law no. 152/1998 Z.z. about complaints.
Complaints submission:
- by mail - sending to the Department of inspection and complaints at the address of the institute
- personally - at the the Department of inspection and complaints, floor -1, door 14, Section A/-1 - administration
Every complaint (written or verbal) shall comply with lawful requisites. More information about the law no. 152/1998 Z.z. can be found at www.zbierka.sk.
