According to the law no. 211/2000 Z.z. about unrestricted access to information, NICVD provides information to persons and body corporates:

• personally - at the Department of apllication evidence and processing, ground floor, door 9,
  Section A - administrative section (during weekdays from 8:00 to 10:00)
• via phone - at +421 (2) 59 320 629 (during weekdays from 8:00 to 15:00)
• via fax - at +421 (2) 547 887 36
• via mail - by sending to the address of the institute
• via e-mail - to the address lukacova@nusch.sk
